CPR classes are offered in Valencia and the Santa Clarita Valley. Free community CPR classes are offered through Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital's
Community Outreach program, in an effort to equip the community with the CPR skills necessary to save human life. However, the free CPR classes are for personal educational
skills only, and do not include CPR certification. CPR classes are also offered through College of the Canyons'
excellent nursing education program. A reasonable enrollment fee is required to attend these classes. Private organizations also offer CPR classes in Santa Clarita.
