As an HR Coordinator, Melodie has been responsible for recruiting professional candidates to the Santa Clarita Valley for the Alfred E. Mann companies, including Medical Research Group and Advanced Bionics. In this role, she contacted Santa Clarita Guide seeking professionally published materials to entice candidates to relocate to Los Angeles County. Melodie is fully aware of the challenges facing recruiters in Santa Clarita today, and has maintained contact with her network, offering Santa Clarita Guide’s assistance. Because of her direct efforts, the Alfred E. Mann companies use Santa Clarita Guide as a recruiting tool. Melodie’s experience also includes administrative assistance to the Mann start up companies.
